ABSTRACT

The inaugural issue of the Journal of Global Business Research and Practice (JGBRP) marks the launch of a dedicated platform for advancing scholarly discourse on modern business practices and their societal impact. The journal aims to foster interdisciplinary dialogue and global perspectives on critical intersections, including technology, policy, leadership, education, and sustainability. This issue features five articles: the collaborative potential of humans and artificial intelligence, global strategies for sustainability in higher education, policy acceptance analysis using UTAUT-2, the influence of education on green fintech adoption in Beijing, and the visionary leadership driving the UAE’s transformation, . These contributions reflect JGBRP’s mission to provide impactful research and actionable insights. The editorial team expresses gratitude to contributors and invites readers to engage in shaping the future of business research and practice through this platform.
